In Robledillo
Summer festival, last weekend of July: activities during the day and an open-air dance on Saturday night. More in Robledillo.
Luna Celta in Solosancho
Every August, Solosancho (5 minutes from the cottages) holds the Luna Celta (Celtic Moon), a festival celebrating the valley’s Vettonian past, in the village and at the Castro de Ulaca: a Celtic market, live music, theatre, historical re-enactments, falconry, fire shows, the initiation rites and guided tours of the hill fort. In 2026 it reached its twentieth edition and was held from 21 to 23 August. More information on the website of the Spanish Association of Historical Festivals and Re-enactments (in Spanish).
In Ávila
- Easter (Holy Week): declared of International Tourist Interest; the processions wind through the walled city.
- Medieval Days, in early September (3 to 6 September in 2026): the Market of the Three Cultures, with parades, tournaments, falconry and hundreds of stalls. A festival of National Tourist Interest.
- Santa Teresa festivities, around 15 October: Ávila’s patron saint, with concerts and events for weeks.
