A holiday home in Ávila for 14 guests, ideal for groups and families with children. Los Moros and Tío Pancho can be rented together: two large living rooms with fireplace, two kitchens, seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, a great patio with barbecue and a wonderful sunny terrace. Free use of the pool in summer.
Los Moros and Tío Pancho are in the same building and connect inside, so both can be rented together for up to 14 guests.
The ground floor has a superb 40 m² patio with a charcoal barbecue and a seating area with two old wooden benches, a large living room with fireplace and table football, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs there is a spacious living room with open-plan kitchen and wood-burning fireplace, a large sunny terrace, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Both living rooms have sofas and armchairs around the fireplace, an HD TV and a dining table. Each floor has a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Bed linen is provided in every bedroom, and the bathrooms have a bathtub, washbasin, bidet, toilet, towels and a hairdryer.
A perfect layout for groups with children: you get two separate spaces, so the kids can play in one living room while the grown-ups catch up in the other.
