Why our large holiday cottages in Ávila
- Just for your group: each cottage is rented as a whole; nobody else shares the living room, kitchen or patio.
- Pool in summer in a garden about 300 m away, for guests only, from June to mid-September.
- Room to be together: living rooms with wood fireplace (first load of firewood included), barbecues and table football.
- Easy to reach: by the N-502, 23 km from Ávila, an hour and a half from Madrid and at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos.
- Children and pets welcome: free cot for under-3s and pets welcome (€25 per pet and stay).
- Longer stays: 6 and 7 nights cost the same, so the seventh night is free.

Group FAQ
How many people can stay at most?
Up to 14 people in both cottages together (Tío Pancho and Los Moros). Separately, Tío Pancho sleeps 4 to 6 and Los Moros 6 to 8.
Do you have a cottage for 10 or 12 people?
Yes: groups of 9 to 14 book both cottages together. If you are 8, Los Moros is enough.
What is the minimum stay?
2 nights in low season; the whole long weekend on bank holidays; 5 nights in July and 6 in August.
Can we bring children or pets?
Yes. The cot is free for children under 3 (from 3 years old they count as a guest) and pets are welcome for €25 per pet and stay.
